Curriculum

Our curriculum includes full-time and part-time courses in patisserie and culinary arts.

We are currently accredited with City & Guilds and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations and will soon be registered with a number of other institutions, offering huge opportunities for our students.

Purple Carrot School of Culinary Arts offers a range of exciting opportunities for students – catering at festivals, markets, functions, private cheffing and even giving cooking classes to the public under a qualified chef’s supervision. All of these experiences provide excellent exposure and preparation for young chefs entering the culinary world.

We aim to empower and equip passion-driven students to find their niche in the industry and find their own success.
